When the filter element needs to be changed, the unit will prompt you by turning the filter indicator light to a flashing red and buzzing an alarm.
Follow these steps when replacing the filter elements:
- Turn off the power supply
- Close the inlet ball valve
- Open the reverse osmosis faucets to drain the system, then close
- Take out the old filter by holding the head of the filter element, rotate it 90° counterclockwise then withdraw it from the unit.
- Insert the new filter in the same manner, just in reverse.
- After replacing the filter, conduct the following reset operation:
- Open the inlet ball valve and the reverse osmosis faucets
- Turn on the power supply
- Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to start the reset mode.
- When the CBPA lamp flashes, short press the power switch to switch off the filter element that needs to be reset.
- After selecting the filter element, press and hold for 6 seconds, after which the reset operation is complete.
