How to change Nobana RO filters

When the filter element needs to be changed, the unit will prompt you by turning the filter indicator light to a flashing red and buzzing an alarm.

Follow these steps when replacing the filter elements:

  1. Turn off the power supply
  2. Close the inlet ball valve
  3. Open the faucet to drain the system, then close
  4. Take out the old filter by holding the head of the filter element, rotate it 90° counterclockwise then withdraw it from the unit.
  5. Insert the new filter in the same manner, just in reverse.
  6. After replacing the filter, conduct the following reset operation:
    • Turn on the power supply
    • Open the inlet ball valve
    • Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to start the reset mode.
    • When the CBPA lamp flashes, short press the power switch to switch off the filter element that needs to be reset.
    • After selecting the filter element, press and hold for 6 seconds, after which the reset operation is complete.
