Our Service Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4.30pm.
Products must be presented for inspection at our Service Centre, Level -1, Triq il-Laring, Attard, and are to be provided in a good and cleaned condition before inspection can commence. Due to part availability and design incompatibility, we only service our brands’ products.
An inspection fee of €25.00 is charged when the product is brought in for repairs or servicing, and is then deducted from the final bill. The inspection fee paid does not include re-assembly of an unrepairable product. A pink slip is given in exchange of the product brought in for repairs or servicing, which pink slip must be returned for the collection of the repaired product. Clients receive an automated text message on the phone number provided once the repair is complete and ready for collection.
Items left uncollected or unclaimed for 3 months, will become property of Zahra Enterprises Ltd and will be disposed of.
